Cameron has backgrounds in aviation, accounting, and engineering, yet always gravitates back to technology. He has completed a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, specializing in drone technology, and is a certified pilot. He has also taken significant coursework in Accounting (just a few credits shy of completing a Minor in Accounting). Ultimately, however, after completing his undergraduate degree, he decided to chase his passion: programming.
Cameron completed a Coding Bootcamp at Coder Camps where he learned how to design and implement web applications. That experience has carried over greatly while working with Workday. He’s found that almost everything one touches in a tenant is programmatic in some way, shape, or form, especially when it comes to filters, validations, and calculated fields. Altogether, this background has given him a head start in learning Workday Studio which is now one of his areas of expertise.
