As part of the Ibza Consulting Service, customers may load data into the Service. Ibza Consulting will not share or distribute any such Customer Data except as provided in the contractual agreement between Ibza Consulting and the customer, or as may be required by law. If you are a user of the Workday Service, your use of Workday is governed by your organization’s policies. Arbitration 

If you are located in the EEA or Switzerland and have exhausted all other means to resolve your concern regarding a potential violation of Ibza Consulting obligations under the Privacy Shield Principles, you

Liability

If a third-party service provider providing services on Ibza Consulting’s behalf processes personal data from the EEA or Switzerland in a manner inconsistent with these Privacy Principles, Ibza Consulting will be liable unless we can prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damages.
