Ibza provides production support to live clients. We have provided support for Financials, Payroll, and HCM environments. Production support can include a wide range of services.
For some clients, we provide all day-to-day support including making security changes, troubleshooting end user problems, maintaining integrations, building reports, and making configuration changes.
For others, we provide level 2 support, allowing their Workday administration team to have experts they can reach out to for particularly difficult problems or to help with implementing new features.
